• Sierra Park Services and Sierra Park Water Company filed Motions for Leave from the Cross-Complaint. The Court agreed Sierra Park Services and Sierra Park Water Company should be added to the case and denied the Motions for Leave from the Cross-Complaint.
• Shortly after, Sierra Park Services and Sierra Park Water Company filed Cross-complainants against the parties.
• It is estimated OFSRA, Sierra Park Services and Sierra Park Water Company have spent in excess of $150,000 levying this case as of 4/2017.
• It is estimated the 7 parties have spent in excess of $120,000 defending against this case as of 4/2017.
• At the OFSRA Special Meeting of Shareholders on 10/8/2016 and at OFSRA Board of Director's Meetings, OFSRA's President Del Wallis indicated OFSRA must make an example of the parties to avoid issues with others, then asked the rhetorical question: Why would the parties spend more than $100,000 defending this case and not just pay the about $300 remaining for each at this time?
• In response to Del's comment and question, the parties say: We are not willing to allow OFSRA to overcharge or take advantage of us any longer and ask why would OFSRA, Sierra Park Services and Sierra Park Water Company spend more than $150,000 to collect about $300 each, or about $2,100 total at this time?

• James ia a Misdemeanor Law & Motion, Felony Law ans Motion, Violation of Probation, Criminal Law & Motion, Misdermeanor Court Trials, Extradition Hearings, Preliminary Hearings, and Felony Arraignments Judge in The Tuolumne County Superior Court.
• James had been a lawyer since 1969. He had a private law practice (1995-1997). He presided over the Tuolumne County Superior Court drug court and was the family law child support commissioner for Amador, Calaveras and Tuolumne counties. James had also been a Tuolumne County deputy district attorney (1990-1995), a city attorney for Sonora, a Tuolumne County deputy county counsel and a San Joaquin County deputy public defender. James had served as commissioner for Superior Court of Tuolumne County (1997-2006), which is a step below judge.
